Shipping and Delivery

Black Rose Florist delivers daily Monday-Saturday, throughout the Wellington / Kapiti region. For business deliveries, orders must be placed before 12:00 to ensure flowers and gifts are delivered during working hours. If a timed or urgent delivery is required, please inform us on your order form or over the phone. All correct delivery and contact details are required to ensure your delivery is able to be sent. Please include your day time contact phone number in case we need to ring you regarding your order.The cut-off time for same day regional deliveries is 3pm Monday to Friday, and 12:00 on Saturdays for local deliveries.

If you have any concerns with your delivery, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Rural deliveries will require a fire or rapid number for the address and a contact phone number. Timed deliveries are not guaranteed for rural deliveries.

The day before is preferred for National and International deliveries but we will do all we can to ensure your delivery is made as soon as possible.

Pictures on the website are a representation only and while we do our very best to make sure the flowers are as close as possible to the picture, we may have to substitute due to season and availability.

Privacy and Security

Payments made through this website are made through a secure on-line shopping website. We guarantee full security. No personal or private information given on this site is passed on to any third party or disclosed to any person. Black Rose Florist is committed to it's customers and service. Returns and Replacements

Black Rose Florist is committed to providing top quality fresh flowers and gift lines. All bouquets are wet wrapped to ensure freshness on delivery with care instructions and flower food enclosed. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact the store from which the order was placed within 24 hours of receiving your flowers or gifts. We may require the return of the product to ensure replacement.

Payment and Pricing

Full payment is required before an item from Black Rose Florist can be delivered, unless you have set up a corporate account with us & then you can select ACCOUNT on the payment page. Prices for each item are listed under the products on the individual pages of this website, if you require an item of a larger value than listed or a specialised item not shown, please contact customer services on +6 04 2370585 / 0800 BLACKROSE

Ordering

Ordering through the Black Rose Florist website is easy and fun. Just follow the on-screen prompts and fill in all the required fields, the more information we have the better. Please include your day time contact phone number on every order.

If you have set up a Black Rose Florist account with us already, you can place your order by choosing ACCOUNT as a payment method on the payment page. . We will then send you out an invoice as normal, payment due by the 20th of the following month. All on line Accounts are + gst as per our normal terms & conditions .If you haven't ordered on account from Black Rose Florist Design Store before, please contact our customer services team and they will set one up for you on 04 2370585 / 0800 BLACKROSE or email the office at tracey@blackroseflorist.co.nz.
